Job Title: EMEA Partner Sales Manager

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Home Counties/London (Driving License Required)

Experience: 5+ Years in Sales or Partner Manager Role

Salary: Competitive base package + OTE

End Date: TBC


This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-growing global services business delivering white label and integrated consulting and managed services to our EMEA wide channel partners. The role will provide excellent career development, with the opportunity to further expand our dedicated channel partner sales team. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled services business you will be working on the forefront of technology and with some of the worlds largest IT Vendors, System integrators and solution providers. You will be working with our partners to help with their go to market strategy around, cloud and workspace, enabling their sales teams to articulate and sell our white label services to their client bases of all industry types.


* Attend customer opportunity and strategy meetings, including presenting solutions from a commercial and business perspective

* Working with our practice lead and technical teams to defined pre-packaged services for our channel partners to take to market

* Continuously monitor the opportunties pipeline with the practice leads and identify areas of growth or diversification

* Attend onsite meetings with our key channel partners on a weekly basis

* Mapping of our existing partners and providing a business plan to extract more business from existing partners and adding new partners to our customer base

* Managing and delivering against pre-defined growth targets across both our existing partner base and new partners

* Work collectively with the Technical and Marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives

* Weekly reporting to the senior management team

* Helping to define and create new service offerings for our partners

Skills & Experience

* A good understanding of the IT channel and the areas of opportunity for a channel based consulting and managed services provider

* A proven hunter and sales leader

* Experience with sales management and running a sales or partner sales team in the IT channel

* Proven sales track record and dealing with end user clients through an end to end sales cycle

* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

* In-depth knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft technologies

* An understanding and experience of the consulting project life cycles and how to scope them

* Managed services experience preferable especially around Cloud and Workspace services

* Ability to manage and deal with client escalations and work self sufficiently

* Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
